چکیده
In this article, we examine the dynamics of a Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) infection model with two routes infection. The uses four categories, namely, uninfected cells, infected CHIKV virus, and antibodies. equilibrium points model, which consist free point for endemic point, are first analytically determined. Next, local stability is studied, based on basic reproduction number (R0) obtained by next-generation matrix. From analysis, it found that disease-free locally asymptotically stable if R0≤1, R0>1. Using Lyapunov method, global analysis steady-states confirms results. We then describe our design an optimal recruitment strategy to minimize as well nonlinear control problem. Some numerical simulations provided visualize analytical results obtained.

Mathematical Analysis of Typhoid Model with Saturated Incidence Rate
Typhoid fever is considered one of the communicable disease, it’s infection causes diarrhea and a rash. It is most commonly due to a type of bacterium called Salmonella typhi (S. typhi). In many developing countries this disease is endemic and remains one of the public health problem. In this paper, we consider a mathematical model of the type SEIR (Susceptible, Exposed, Infected and Recovered)...
متن کاملAnalysis of a Delayed SIR Model with Nonlinear Incidence Rate
An SIR epidemic model with incubation time and saturated incidence rate is formulated, where the susceptibles are assumed to satisfy the logistic equation and the incidence term is of saturated form with the susceptible. The threshold value R0 determining whether the disease dies out is found. The results obtained show that the global dynamics are completely determined by the values of the thre...
متن کاملBifurcations of an Sirs Epidemic Model with Nonlinear Incidence Rate
The main purpose of this paper is to explore the dynamics of an epidemic model with a general nonlinear incidence βSI/(1 + αI). The existence and stability of multiple endemic equilibria of the epidemic model are analyzed. Local bifurcation theory is applied to explore the rich dynamical behavior of the model. Normal forms of the model are derived for different types of bifurcations, including ...
متن کاملA nonautonomous epidemic model with general incidence rate and quarantine
We obtain threshold conditions for eradication and permanence of the disease for a nonautonomous SIRQ model with time-dependent incidence rates, given by functions of all compartments in some general family. The threshold conditions are given by some numbers that play the role of the basic reproduction number. Additionally, we obtain simple threshold conditions in the asymptotically autonomous ...
متن کاملA Delayed Sir Epidemic Model with General Incidence Rate
A delayed SIR epidemic model with a generalized incidence rate is studied. The time delay represents the incubation period. The threshold parameter, R0(τ) is obtained which determines whether the disease is extinct or not. Throughout the paper, we mainly use the technique of Lyapunov functional to establish the global stability of both the disease-free and endemic equilibrium.
